Size Exchange:

Bangles are highly delicate products and, in our experience, returned items often get damaged during transit because they cannot always be repacked with the same level of protection used by us. We therefore request customers to carefully check their size before placing an order. If you need any assistance in choosing the correct size, our support team will be happy to help before you order.

Incorrect Item:
If you receive an incorrect item, please email clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice to support@klassy.in within 72 hours of delivery. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Bangles:
Every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, in the rare event that 1–2 bangles arrive damaged due to transit handling, we will provide 5% Store Credit (based on the order value) as a goodwill gesture, which can be used on your next purchase.
