RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any returns or refunds under any circumstances. Customers are requested to carefully review their order before placing it.

Defective / Missing Items
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if you receive a defective or missing item.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts) for any claim.
  • Share the unboxing video and details within 48 hours of delivery at support@klassy.in
  • Without an unboxing video, no request will be accepted.
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement (no refund).

No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds or store credit in any case.

No Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Exchange (Size or Other Issues)
If you face size or similar issues after delivery:

  • Exchange is possible, but shipping charges must be paid by the customer (both pickup and re-delivery).

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If your order is returned due to your unavailability or incorrect details:

  • Re-shipping will be done only after prepayment of shipping charges.
