Warranty Policy

 

Note: This warranty is applicable only to customized products sold by Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd ("the Company").

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd provides a 1-year warranty on all our customized products and a 30-day warranty on non-customized products sold by the Company within the jurisdiction of India. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the one-year period from the date of purchase.

  2. Eligibility:
    This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd or authorized retailers within the jurisdiction of India. Proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or order confirmation, may be required to avail of the warranty.

  3. Warranty Services:
    During the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any eligible customized products found to be defective. The Company reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts or products for repairs or replacements.

  4. Exclusions:
    This warranty does not cover the following:
    a. Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or abuse of the product.
    b. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
    c. Products with altered or removed serial numbers or labels.
    d. Damage caused by accidents, fire, water, lightning, or other natural disasters.
    e. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    f. Loss of data or any consequential or incidental damages.

  5. Warranty Claims:
    To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd's customer service department within the warranty period. The customer will be required to provide the product details, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect or issue.

  6. Warranty Resolution:
    Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, the Company will evaluate the claim and, if deemed eligible, provide resolution within a reasonable time. The resolution may include repairing the product, replacing it with a new or refurbished product, or offering a refund at the Company's discretion.

  7. Shipping and Handling:
    If the product needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer may be responsible for shipping and handling costs. The customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the product, including any necessary packaging and shipping guidelines.

  8. Limitation of Liability:
    Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated in this policy. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

  9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    This warranty policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

  10. Modifications:
    Klassy by Balya Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Company's website or other applicable channels.

 By purchasing and using the Company's customized products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this one-year warranty policy.
